Google Launches AI Overview Mode in India for Smarter, Conversational Search!

Google AI Mode India has officially launched, bringing a new era of AI-powered Search to Indian users. This innovative update introduces AI-generated overviews, context-aware answers, and smarter query understanding. With support for English and Hindi, Google’s AI search experience marks a major leap in digital access for millions across India.

This rollout makes India one of the first countries outside the US to receive Google’s AI Overview Mode, powered by its Gemini model. Instead of showing a list of blue links, the AI can now summarise answers conversationally, pulling key insights from multiple sources in real-time. This dramatically shortens the time it takes users to get meaningful, usable results.
