About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled Stibo MDM Developer with 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise master data solutions using Stibo Systems STEP. This role involves working closely with business teams, data architects, and integration teams to ensure high-quality, consistent, and governed master data across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and configure MDM solutions using Stibo Systems STEP.
- Implement and maintain data models, workflows, business rules, and validation rules within the platform.
- Support Product Information Management (PIM) and master data governance initiatives.
- Integrate Stibo MDM with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
- Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and workflows in the STEP platform.
- Perform data migration, cleansing, enrichment, and data quality improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data management solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize platform performance.
- Maintain technical documentation and support system enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Stibo Systems STEP.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and data governance.
- Experience with data modeling, taxonomy management, and hierarchy management.
- Knowledge of Java / JavaScript / Groovy scripting within STEP.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
